The executive leadership team is dominated by the CEO and CTO, who could both use some leadership coaching. If they make decisions that end up being a hot mess, they certainly don't take any responsibility for it.
For the most part, the people I work with are good, hard-working, and friendly. There are a number of pretty ineffective people, and some stuck points because people have been here forever and that's how it's always been done.
