Highly stressful environment due to unclear expectations, constantly shifting priorities, and lack of processes. Leadership was confrontational, with frequent yelling that caused distress. High turnover, arbitrary KPIs, and instability (freelancers replacing staff) created ongoing insecurity.

Resilient and they make sure that they are still producing maximum deliverables despite being micromanaged.
Our team barely has anything to work on. They keep insisting on using this time tracker to "enhance productivity" but the team's morale is now low. Slowly, the team is in shambles. Not gonna be surpised if before the year end, no one will be left.
