What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Team Leader should now gossip during meetings or huddles. She keeps on saying 'positive mindset' but she is the one starting the day negatively.
they just gossip during meetings. our TL talks about people and mock them. you can't fight back to her when you feel offended coz she will revenge through CCF

Our Team Lead should change how she approaches her members. And TL should not show her cleavage during meetings on skype.

The team manager at that time. He made me feel good and was completely honest even though we just met
Part of the interview process was a Discovery session. During that session, I had the chance to talk with people that I would be working once I start. It was a great experience that helped me make the decision to join the company!
