The cutomer service is inconsistent. I'm able to have a satisfactory experience by choosing to interact with employees who I know will provide one. It's also telling of the pervasive attitude that I know the previous store manager left a few years ago and I have absolutely no idea who replaced her.

Why does the store manager in Salisbury Renee Baldwin steal time every week and not be fired for it? She is the worst store manager Acme has in district 4 Not qualified for her position and he’s run the Salisbury store in the ground. look at sales!!!
