The work environment and company are both fine, I just don't like my job duties.

Always pleasant, eager to assist and accommodate even the most angry, and frustrated customer. Making them smile with compilation of their complaint or compliment.

Store managers steaal time constantly. Store managers do not control the store. Many are not qualified to do their job. The bathrooms smell of urine and only cleaned at night. They hire criminals and do not disipline employees when needed. This enoyer is the absolute worst i have ever worked for.

They do their best to assist with customer complaints and consider the personal lives and needs of employees when scheduling. Helpful and kind.

Attention paid to scheduling and personal lives and needs of employees. The managers are beaten down by the daily yet they do in their best capacity to assist customers with savings discrepancies and make a workday that is smooth as is possible.

The store mgr in Salisbury is bot qualified to do her job. She is a disgrace to the company. She has no idea how to run a store. Too busy playing all day. Horrible manager.

Be there when getting paid

Speaking to people with dignity and respect.

They need to be around more. They need to TRY.

The management plays around all day and tries to bribe people to bring presents to her kids birthdays

I feel undervalued, because I am being worked to death against my availability since our department manager left. My superiors have not taken action to bring someone in to fill her position, instead putting all the managerial responsibilities on me despite my refusals.

i need better pay and better results i need better results i need a few companies built for me and a few friends and a beautiful woman friend and a few awards.

I feel like I am not heard and am placed in a random department every shift. I specifically applied to be in one place but management disregards that

Management needs to get on those who are always late, take extended breaks, who don't improve within a specific time-frame and don't hire back people who walk out and quit.

Nearly all of the employees were great people.

I get anxiety coming to work thinking about what I'll have to clean up! There are no competent backups! No one wants to work here! No incentives for new hires!

Hiring more employees so that the people in the respective departments can focus on their own work.

Do better background checks. Don't automatically hire people that walk in the door. Go more in depth with interview questions. Have the department manager there while the interview is going on.

The store is way to expensive. The company doesn't care about there employees only about there bonuses. Pretty much just talk to the employees who run the store(s) and figure out what that store needs or what the employee needs. Just talk to the employees.
