What do you like best about the leadership team?

They do their best to assist with customer complaints and consider the personal lives and needs of employees when scheduling. Helpful and kind.

Attention paid to scheduling and personal lives and needs of employees. The managers are beaten down by the daily yet they do in their best capacity to assist customers with savings discrepancies and make a workday that is smooth as is possible.

They are very easy to work with and are good at running things

Everyone is really nice, at least in my store, including the leadership team. They understand when you have to leave for an emergency, for example, and they're friendly.

The store mgr in Salisbury is bot qualified to do her job. She is a disgrace to the company. She has no idea how to run a store. Too busy playing all day. Horrible manager.

Managing people in the Lancaster distribution center. Pay the employees more than the temp agency the hire.

Ask employees how the company can improve. Go undercover and see what the stores are like. Keep things that sell, but also go by store by store and get rid of items that don't sell and also keep things that do sell at that particular store.
