Walking into the office and having the interview
I liked most stepping into the office and having the interview.
The interview was very laid back
i think it was the best that i can be and i would give it my all over again if i could.
i like that i can relate to them with my thought's about the company history and how i can make it better for everyone.
How serious they are about the job
Um...well, to be honest I liked that I didn't have to go someplace else for a drug test. They did a cheek swab right there. Also, the person who interviewed me was really nice.
There really isn't an interview process, they will hire anyone, ie: one of the latest new hires is an opioid addict!

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Cleaniness and some kind of standards
Do better background checks. Don't automatically hire people that walk in the door. Go more in depth with interview questions. Have the department manager there while the interview is going on.
