What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

IM A MAN WHO IS DISABLED I NEED MEDICATION TO WORK FOR MY BODY AND MY MIND IM CURRENTLY ON DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY

Nearly all of the employees were great people.

Our loyal customers are the only highlight.Environment is dirty.

The only positive thing is that you have that one assistant store manager that you can go to; and that manager will listen, and do whatever he needs to do to make sure that the issue or whatever thing positive you talked to him about gets addressed appropriately.

How nice everyone is with me

People genuinely care about you, seems like. There's a high turnover rate, at least in regards to cashiers, but if you're there for a while you can find some pretty good friends.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

I get anxiety coming to work thinking about what I'll have to clean up! There are no competent backups! No one wants to work here! No incentives for new hires!

Hiring more employees so that the people in the respective departments can focus on their own work.
