How flexible is your work schedule at Adaptly?
Incredibly. With that flexibility though comes the expectation that when things need to be done outside of normal working hours, you will be able to do it within a timely fashion.

Great! very rare occasions does this cause issues. Flexible hours allows this to not be a big issue

Great, there's no maximum days for vacation within reason, and if it doesnt conflict with others

Not difficult at all. There are occasions where extra hours are required, but not frequently

Pretty good. I would guess 60-70% caucasian, but overall we are diverse in each office
