What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is comprised of smart, compassionate, honest people.
Top leadership including the CEO and VP’s make it a point to connect 1 on 1 with all levels of employees.
There is a good level of transparency through monthly company-wide meetings.
Give key company updates and insight into how the business is doing at monthly All-Hands! Generally very approachable and personable as well!
The leadership team is visible, helpful and knowledgable.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Company direction, innovation, promoting talented staff and identifying talent properly
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great benefits and perks, very competitive pay with equity.

I believe I'm paid very much within the market rate for my department (engineering).
Unlimited PTO, Flexible Working Hours, Option to work from home
Competitive salary, above market rate and good bonus scheme.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
401k matching, some departments are under market pay. Also could be better about giving higher pay to empoyees who perform well
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is flexible and smart. There is no "busywork" and the right things usually get prioritized.
My team is collaborative and open to listening to ideas
We are a good mix of intelligent and irreverent that keeps us productive but keeps the day-to-day a fun experience.
Everyone on the team is passionate about the company, culture, and is always up for any challenge given to them!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Meetings need to be shorter and people need to stick to timings.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are very mellow and smart. Good vibe all around.
30 minutes on the calendar every day to participate in lead meditation sessions. Yoga once a week from a former employee who chose to pursue her passion - love that they still support her even though she left the company.
We are able to ask for the things we need, and usually get it (and then some)!

What makes you most happy at work?
It's a comfortable office, with a nice chillout area. The work requires problem-solving and creativity.
My coworkers are passionate about the digital advertising industry and constantly share knowledge or articles and discuss. Everyone has a smile on their face
