How flexible is your work schedule at Adaptly?
Incredibly. With that flexibility though comes the expectation that when things need to be done outside of normal working hours, you will be able to do it within a timely fashion.

Great! very rare occasions does this cause issues. Flexible hours allows this to not be a big issue
