My team is flexible and smart. There is no "busywork" and the right things usually get prioritized.

There's easy communication between teams because the west coast office is a lot smaller. The culture motivates collaboration and effectiveness but it's also a very casual environment.
Everyone works very hard and is on the same team with the same goals in mind.
