Not sure. I worked for the PMT branch. There is no culture there. You could work there for 14 years, have a clean record and get fired for something you didn't do because you made Barbie Marr mad. For staying with your sick daughter because your a single father and your baby comes first.

Fine as long as you don't make plans after work as you will be held over most shifts as we are always short staffed

The Field Crews are awesome. Barbie Marr is a lying, back stabbing secretary who "some how" (if you know what I mean) slurped her way up and managed to become a Manager. She has no degree, she is not a medic. She was an EMT for a min but refused to work in the field because she thinks she is better than you. She fires people if you hurt her feelings. She will even make stuff up to get you fired. So don't work under Barbie and you will good. The rest of the company is awesome.

I am over forty and female. I have tried and been denied. No reason has been given, no mentorship, no feedback.

I worked in the field but the PMT Branch Office is always tense and uneasy. Most people are afraid to upset Barbie Marr.

Really great unless your being interviewed by PMT branch manager Barbie Marr. I don't think that is a thing though. At least I hope not.

Terminate Barbie Marr for not being even near qualified for the position she is in. At the very least demote her back to secretary. She was a decent secretary.

I have worked with AMR employee's here and in other states on FEMA deployments. They are great. The CEO must be doing the right things. Only thing he\she needs to do is a review of Barbie Marr. She makes things up to get people fired. I was fired for staying with my daughter in the hospital. If you ask Barbie "I had charting issues". Here is the fun part though I worked there for 14 years and never once had "charting issues". Lost my job of 14 years, my benefits for my sick daughter, and my home eventually. All because I told Barbie Marr that I could not leave my daughter while she was unstable in the hospital. 100% true story.
