
My team, and what we are building culturally for Anuvu and the future of Anuvu. I am most proud of them and their successes.
My leadership team shows trust in my work, and shows appreciation for the hard work I put in. One negative would be is I wish the executive team would see that certain departments or people don't share the same level of agility as others
For my team, the culture is amazing and the employees within this team are happy and having fun with their work. From an Anuvu entirety perspective, it seems that some groups with great leaders would feel the same, but some others dont share the same principles.
My team is just great to work in culturally. We are a group of "go-getters" that really don't say no to challenges. We always do whatever it takes to get the job done, with little complaints about resources, etc. Just wish more around us would do the same.
I believe I am paid very fair and get a pretty good bonus. Only thing is, I sort of miss getting paid every other Friday. I also believe that bonuses should also reach lower level employees, or they should be able to cash out a portion of their PTO.
