    They dont want to pay for external training, they give minimalistic raises even if you work super hard which leads to 0 motivation to learn

  • I don't feel undervalued. I think our benefits and perquisites could be better.

  • Nobody below the VP level cares at all about what the CEO or an C-leader has to say. They roll them out every quarter or so with the latest buzzwords and catch phrases and then recycle the same, tired excuses when you raise and bonus are at microscopic levels.

  • They do have a great fostering for the virtual employee and work/life balance. I do not use this as much as others as face-to-face time is still critical with your manager if you want to make your job/career easier.
