Understanding what people actually do on the contract and valuing their employees by giving them cost of living increases, bonuses, pay increases, etc.

When this company took over the contract they reduced my pay by 18%. I had 24 hours to sign that I would work for that pay or lose my job the very next day. They also said that I could keep my current rate of vacation accrual. Which did not happen and it was reduced by 2 hours per month accrued.
