my coworkers and I try to focus on the work at hand and not on the lack of proficient leadership/management

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding what people actually do on the contract and valuing their employees by giving them cost of living increases, bonuses, pay increases, etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When this company took over the contract they reduced my pay by 18%. I had 24 hours to sign that I would work for that pay or lose my job the very next day. They also said that I could keep my current rate of vacation accrual. Which did not happen and it was reduced by 2 hours per month accrued.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
my coworkers are not the issue. It is strictly the management of the contract and leadership that is the issue.
