There are tons of out of office organizations, events, etc. It is not just about being familiar in the office setting only. Avionos prioritizes its positive culture and that was clear and appreciated from the beginning.
Knowing that I am not tied down to one mundane objective. There is no one correct way of doing things, which means you figure out what works as time proceeds no matter the piece of the business.
No matter their role or past experience, everyone wants to help you succeed. Of course in sales, it is an interesting dynamic because at times, I am competing against my team. Yet, we all welcome it and treat it as a friendly competition and motivation.
I liked it because even though I consider myself a strong interviewee, this was not an easy process. Mine consisted of five stages. What I enjoyed most is they aren't simply looking for ability, but also a positive, workable mindset that fits in line with Avionos' positive company culture.
