After working at Avionos for about a month, I have been so pleased with my experience. I love having so many people with great experience at my fingertips!
Joining Avionos right out of college has been great. The company is filled with approachable and skilled people who never turn down questions or conversations, regardless of their position. The onboarding process was great and helped me build confidence as I started working on client projects.

They are good, but you really need to take it upon yourself to make some upward movement happen. Higher-ups are happy to help, but because they are so busy you need to stay on top of them to actually make moves a reality. While it is frustrating, it definitely helps one become more self-sufficient and better overall at the end of the day.
