What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their availability to everyone. There aren't many places where at any given day in the office you get to have a casual conversation with C-level executives. They also make a concentrated effort to improve the company on a regular basis.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything. Salary is competitive, the benefits are competitive, and the stock/401k options are extremely competitive

They absolutely hit market value and you do have unlimited PTO. The health insurance is average/above average. Equity is currently unavailable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the benefits for 401k match can be better and a gym/health reimbursement policy would be nice. I would also like to see a comprehensive maternity and paternity policy in place.

They are always willing to help, and are effective communicators. If I get stuck working on something, I can always message them or set up a meeting.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was generally relaxed. Each person that interviewed me had a positive attitude and didn't put pressure on the questions they were asking. They genuinely wanted to get to know me.
