Previous CEO was brilliant and new CEO seems good so far. Unsure of exec leadership and country specific leadership as very early but feel that decisions and actions come from a place of care

Communication and honesty. The BCG leadership team is one of the most honest leaderships teams I have worked for and whilst this can also cause problems I think overall this is a really positive aspect of BCG and sets us apart

We are paid very well (including bonus) - yes we work hard but I still believe when you put in the perspective of what we do and what we earn it's very good Our healthcare coverage is also very good, although I think this could be clearer, e.g., you can get alternative treatments e.g., physio
