Everyone approaches their role at Breaktime with a level of gravitas. My coworkers all have a welcoming nature and that's something we are well known for with the clients we collaborate with. We also host themed Happy Hours to reconnect between our on sites.

They are very open in our monthly company calls with our achievements but also our losses. Showcasing our past years compared to our current and ways we can improve. My manager takes great care of my growth plan and makes sure I have the resources to meet or exceed said growth plan.
