The best part is how the compensation package prioritizes my overall well-being and future success, with a great time off structure and benefits that make me feel truly valued.

The ability to have a domestic partner on your insurance.

My compensation is tied to sales - it is clear and measurable and also allows for little wins as well as stretch goals.

Great benefits to take advantage of

We receive multiple types of stipends, for WFH, learning & development, health & wellness, etc. It is nice to have funds to apply to different areas that are more all encompassing.

Medical and simple to understand comp plan

The maternity/paternity leave is a particular high point.
