What did you like most about the interview process?

I liked that the questions were so clearly and directly correlated to the job, which showed me it was an organized, focused, and professional process.

I was able to speak with many people at once, so it felt efficient.

I really appreciated having an interview with the entire development team. It gave me a great opportunity to get to know the team and the dynamics before even joining, which made the decision much easier.

I liked being able to pitch a product in front of them that I was familiar with so leadership could see my own style and ways I can benefit the team.
