    In my 3 years, I have regularly worked 70-80 hours per week, not by choice, but because of executive expectations. There is no work-life balance at Brightcove.

    Brightcove values maintaining an acceptable work/life balance and offers flexible time off, telecommuting options and more to ensure staff can maintain a suitable balance.
