Absolutely worst company to work for. I worked there for 4 years, in the four years instead of getting a yearly raise, i got only two raises. I've always been impressed with how Caribou Coffee cares about it's employees, but I've found it puzzling how hard of a time the company has conveying that sentiment to its employees. The corporate office team members truly care about supporting each coffeehouse wholeheartedly.
