As example, we just had a corporate holiday for a Wellness Day, focusing on employees' physical and mental health. We focus a great deal of DEI inniatives.

I like the technology we sell and the impact we're able to deliver to our clients. I love meeting new people and working with very different companies all across the US.

In my specific case it was less formal and had a more conversational feel to it. My direct manager was the hiring interviewer and he has become a significant role model and influencer in my life.

They've been outstanding in situations where personal conflicts impacted my performance. They stayed confident in my ability and value to the company when I wasn't contributing at quota. They gave me the time and support to rebound and succeed.
