The leadership team is committed to providing innovative solutions that help companies and thier workers thrive.

They've been outstanding in situations where personal conflicts impacted my performance. They stayed confident in my ability and value to the company when I wasn't contributing at quota. They gave me the time and support to rebound and succeed.

Their vision! They may not always understand the notes and bolts but they elevate the team

Focusing in retaining current talent, acting faster when it comes to internal decision making.

Listen to the staff and what they are saying and not what should be happening.

Caring less for profit and more for fairness, good work-life balance and especially rooting out the bad managers

I believe I am paid a very competitive salary.

Base salary is the best part

The sales comp model pays a very significant commission for sales and does so consistently vs the original back weighted plan of years past.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

client load too high based on current compensation

Company is aware that the pay is below market but chooses to pay lower.

Immediate 401k matching, stock options or awards, bonuses (signing & performance), WFH stipend, matching charity donations.

I do not think Ceridian will be a family again, it is simply a factory of workers now! Therefore, I do not see immediate people-oriented changes but rather they set themselves on a blazing path full of greed. Good luck with that. You have the blessings of all those who you laid off.

There's simply a great culture even with working remotely. I've not encountered a single teammate in 3 years that wasn't supportive and positive.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Workers are allowed to be rude - work sent to other department to be completed are never responsive to it is a guess if your work will be completed or not, being client facing you are unable to provide the client an answer to any questions they may have

Relevant info, make sure you are talking to the right countries sales team

They could be more open to team work and team building exercises.

We are encouraged to be creative and take risks in the way we solve problems.

As example, we just had a corporate holiday for a Wellness Day, focusing on employees' physical and mental health. We focus a great deal of DEI inniatives.

What did you like most about the interview process?

The process felt less formal and put me at ease.

In my specific case it was less formal and had a more conversational feel to it. My direct manager was the hiring interviewer and he has become a significant role model and influencer in my life.

Listen to your employees or you'll never be able to compete with the big boys like Workday.

internal processes are not synchronized or systematized. each new project is a completely different process or procedure. procedures and troubleshooting software issues remains undocumented, tribal knowledge

Better accountability between departments, even this survey is not user friendly

Maybe better management of Managers - while our executives say transparency and openness to experience and knowledge - in reality this isn't felt accross the board and even in some cases youth trumps experience and knowledge which I don't think Sr leadership is aware of.
