We hire a private chef that cooks meals for us everyday which is awesome. We do a halloween contest every year, as well as other team building events. There is a snack cart that goes around every day delivering different snacks. Very fun culture.

I am tied into the sales of the company, so if I help the company do better, I'll make more money. Also, if I do a good job, the company rewards me without having to ask. My last raise I got a 20% raise without having to ask. Yey Clever!

I am not mico managed, but rather given the project and I'm allowed to do whatever it takes to get it done, how I see fit getting it done. I often leave feeling very charged up and excited about my day and what I accomplished and what is next.

They are fun people who are not job jumpers, so it is easy to build a relationship with them because you know they will be around. There is not a lot of drama on my team, everyone is accountable for getting a job done and they do it with a great attitude!
