There has been steady betterment for the compensation package as the company has grown, so it's good to have the company growth included for everyone.
I feel that if I bring value to the company, I will be fairly compensated for my efforts. I feel that we are growing as a company. As the company has grown, the compensation packages have grown with it. It is much appreciated.

As the primary point of contact (often the only point of contact) for customers, students, solicitors, non customers, etc. - the timely support, knowledge and skill that we deliver during the interaction not only sets the tone but may determine the length and strength of the business relationship.
