There has been steady betterment for the compensation package as the company has grown, so it's good to have the company growth included for everyone.

I feel that if I bring value to the company, I will be fairly compensated for my efforts. I feel that we are growing as a company. As the company has grown, the compensation packages have grown with it. It is much appreciated.

I like that I am paid based on my contribution to the company and feel very rewarded.

I am tied into the sales of the company, so if I help the company do better, I'll make more money. Also, if I do a good job, the company rewards me without having to ask. My last raise I got a 20% raise without having to ask. Yey Clever!
