Ensure all Trust Advisors treat their clients with respect and dignity. Maintain transparent communication! If a client is dismayed with a trust advisor, the Executive team should replace them. The teams I have worked with fail to respond to emails.
I'm relatively new so I really can't say but we are getting merged with Fifth Third Bank which is kind of cool!
