They listen and I think they genuinly care about their employees.
The leadership team works hard to implement all the makings of perfection. They are not just sitting at a board table. The leadership team is involved with the community and engaged in bringing our goals to fruition.
Great vision, best planner, good listeners
Please care about people, from clients to your employees, we are humans not animals, think about our physical and mental health, stop micro-managing things, trust your employees, ask your managers to show empathy.
Listen to your employees. Get rid of the managers who are repeatedly reported.
The management needs more more of a hands-on approach with its employees.
Seems very old school. Doesnt appear to change or grow with the times.
At least half need to go. Comerica is insanely top heavy. No manager knows the work that is done. Everything is ran by people who are dedicated to the company, but not recognized and will never be promoted.
Competitive with many other financial institutions

Our benefits are great. The best part is our 401K and Pension.
I have good benefits and a good salary.
We have a good compensation package. One of the best parts is the company match on our 401K. I also love the other perks like EAP and access to financial advisors who are helpful in whatever stage of life we are in - college, retirement, savings.
having both a 401K and stock purchase program
Within the years that I’ve been here, I’ve took on some very serious responsibilities by helping out my colleagues in different departments/?roles as a team player. The problem is being taken advantage of by not being acknowledged/rewarded and still being used to take on other jobs responsibili
Considering the travel distance and time that I have to cover in order for me to be on time for my job neither a minutes above or below to avoid penalisation, I believe undervalued is an understatement here.
C-Levels make millions upon millions we make pennys and struggle dealing with inflation.
The work that I do should be a higher grade level with higher pay.
I feel undervalued because the job that I have is unvalued. My job is important and my pay should be better.
They want to help you out
Engaged, talented, hard working, driven, passionate.
Tenure, experience and the willingness to learn more to grow our bank

My fellow co-workers, not managers, are nice and empathetic they care about each other.
We work together to find solutions.
Review from Sales Dept
Communication, teamwork, showing how and not telling someone how to something they never done before, and mostly stop gossiping and being messy.
They focus too much on gossip and lies about other. They will still your ideas and do just about anything to get a promotion.
They gossip too much. They make up lies on people. They are very toxic.
Need managers to take control of their iwe meetings
Not everyone knows what team work is. Management plays favorites and it's obvious
Innovative. Taking employee feedback and incorporating it into better service and products to our customers
Review from Sales Dept
I’m actually not sure. I want to say good but I know a lot of people who left by being treated unfair and they felt like it had to do with their cultur
Nothing at the moment, we come in fresh, and leave overly exausted. When this gets rotten up to the Upper management they said we need to work on our time management
Review from Sales Dept
We talk to and listen to each other
I work with co-workers I like.

Accountability from senior leadership and new products for personal customers.
Empathy ! Care about your people !
Renovsl of the HR leadership
Starts at the top. Managemnt is broken.
We need competent management. Or maybe the board needs to change. 80% of management has been replaced in the last two years, and everything has become worse.
It is average to every other company
Friendly atmosphere and pretty laid back.
I was very honest and love to joke around a little to lighten up. The interview usually goes well.
It was very efficient and the timeline set for responses were met
It was very simple. I only interviewed with the branch manager.
Don't just hire because there is a spot, first build a respectable position for your employee and then hire that person, don't throw them into the meat grinder
Train the managers how to communicate.
Don't make people feel like a criminal when you interview them.
Stop leadership from hiring their friends
To have one or two. Not five.
When the boss isnt going to be there or she is in a good mood
Volunteering with my coworkers makes my job enjoyable.
to clear my job on time. and good communication with my co- workers
Final year end results of the office
I love it when my clients are happy
Pretty much everything, branch appearance, closures, rates, products, online banking.
Stop treating the good workers unfairly because it affects their ability to do their job properly
Many customers are upset by lack of communication regarding delayed k-1s and system issues
Internet banking & Credit Cards are the worst, the credit cards are from a third party.
The managers are the worst. Hold the managers accountible and get rid of them. Hire managers who don't talk down to others and make them want to quit.
my company is peoples company. serving the people. Taking social responsibilities
