We need competent management. Or maybe the board needs to change. 80% of management has been replaced in the last two years, and everything has become worse.
Quarterly to annual surprise visits by HR to departments & branches. To see what they wouldnt have known because so many things go unreported due to many reasons! Camera footage needs to be reviewed when incidents happen whether hostile or not. And to have mgrs who hold serial problems accountable
