What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication, teamwork, showing how and not telling someone how to something they never done before, and mostly stop gossiping and being messy.
They focus too much on gossip and lies about other. They will still your ideas and do just about anything to get a promotion.
They gossip too much. They make up lies on people. They are very toxic.
Need managers to take control of their iwe meetings
Not everyone knows what team work is. Management plays favorites and it's obvious

Team is dysfunctional at best. Some people (very obvious) are great at saving face with manager and being yes-men. Low quality since turn is sooo high.

meetings are usually sessions where nothing is done since MCUs talk and talk, and talk. No actions taken only inefficient processes and a clear divide in those who excel and exceed their peers yet MCUs and above refuse to address this as they should
