Please care about people, from clients to your employees, we are humans not animals, think about our physical and mental health, stop micro-managing things, trust your employees, ask your managers to show empathy.
Listen to your employees. Get rid of the managers who are repeatedly reported.
The management needs more more of a hands-on approach with its employees.

At least half need to go. Comerica is insanely top heavy. No manager knows the work that is done. Everything is ran by people who are dedicated to the company, but not recognized and will never be promoted.

In my experience, team leaders should be hired to be supportive of their hardworking loyal employees. Building Trust, a productive, accountable, & safe environment. These managers need to be audited on their daily practices & behavior toward their employees.

Comerica Bank is very slow in keeping up with the times. They are so far behind on their updating of computers and system that it takes way to long to do your work. They are still in the past.

This is a classic case of leading according to consulting reports and no being a true vision-inspired bank. Leadership is losing people left and right with very high churn, refuses to fix this and thinks everyone is a # in the system. On to the next......
