One of the worst banks ever, bad employee management, specifically micro management, office politics, managers are dictators, abusive and unjust, no respect for employee physical or mental health.

My fellow co-workers, not managers, are nice and empathetic they care about each other.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Internet banking & Credit Cards are the worst, the credit cards are from a third party.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Don't just hire because there is a spot, first build a respectable position for your employee and then hire that person, don't throw them into the meat grinder
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Please care about people, from clients to your employees, we are humans not animals, think about our physical and mental health, stop micro-managing things, trust your employees, ask your managers to show empathy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Considering the travel distance and time that I have to cover in order for me to be on time for my job neither a minutes above or below to avoid penalisation, I believe undervalued is an understatement here.
