Comerica Bank is very slow in keeping up with the times. They are so far behind on their updating of computers and system that it takes way to long to do your work. They are still in the past.

This is a classic case of leading according to consulting reports and no being a true vision-inspired bank. Leadership is losing people left and right with very high churn, refuses to fix this and thinks everyone is a # in the system. On to the next......

low compared to peers but titled people (VPs) comprise large portion of staff and are well paid for doing much less work.

Team is dysfunctional at best. Some people (very obvious) are great at saving face with manager and being yes-men. Low quality since turn is sooo high.

meetings are usually sessions where nothing is done since MCUs talk and talk, and talk. No actions taken only inefficient processes and a clear divide in those who excel and exceed their peers yet MCUs and above refuse to address this as they should

-Pay well -Respect your staff who are not lenders Turnover needs to be fixed, no one wants to stay Environment is toxic and a cesspool of incompetent people Stop with the nepotist MCUs
