It has been great so far. Everyone is always supportive and wants you to succeed. Each individual contributes massively to the company as a whole. I feel important and know that my work matters. The leaders trust everyone who works here and that is one of the most important things in a company.

There are no stupid questions. People are there to listen to you. If you have a concern, everyone is open to helping you. I haven't met a single person who isn't open and collaborative.
