The environment in the office is great, and on sunny days, the light shines in and makes everything fantastic :-). Plus, my coworkers are my friends.

They truly care about their team members, and are focused on making the right decisions. Decisions in the best interest of the company, AND the team.

The leadership team is incredibly transparently - particularly about things that are difficult, so that we understand not just THAT a decision was made, but WHY it was made.
