Upper leadership holds back the company profit potential over personal grievances
Pay is less than McDonald's.... Samples are given out unfairly if they aren't hoarded by upper management. No S.O.P. anywhere in sight. I love to sell weed and help the medical patients but this is by far the worst company I have ever worked for
