MedMen is committed to fostering a healthy, happy and safe work environment for all of our employees. Employees participate in annual discrimination prevention and implicit bias training while managers have additional training for inclusivity tools and establishing healthy cultures. MedMen proudly provides outreach to communities disproportionately affected by the war on drugs through volunteer efforts and workforce preparation courses as part of the Red Jacket Readiness program.
