WAKING UP to the fact that this is a business that removes around the lowest sales members and their knowledge of product. But instead you hire incompetent show salesman as managers.

Everyone wants each other to succeed. I am reached out to get my management and corporate teams constantly to check on my physical and mental health. I could not ask for a better team under my control as well. They all soak in the knowledge and continue to improve.

Less ego, more collaborative behavior and more honest and decent communication

full of cliques and will put you down and or push you out if you dont conform. dont try to put too much effort it might make you stand out and a threat to the opportunistic people

We are given the tools to succeed. When we do succeed we are compensated with bonuses for our head work.

Constant stress on if you will have a job or not. MedMen cannot run a business and bleeds money. At least 5 - 6 rounds of layoffs in the past 12 months.

Dont talk down and threaten employees with their job when they speak up on serious issues. HR is there to intimidate, not help. Also, the undertones of sexism are blatant. Please look at females as equals. Even the male co-workers have picked up on the inequality.

It was very easy and straight forward

they make the company seem great. its a hot young industry and every wide eyed person is trying to get in. there is nothing wrong with that but there needs to be some major re structuring too many repetitive positions and everyone is trying to prove their worth even if it is slander

They sold you a bag of goods and made everything seem great. Pulled wool over the eyes.

Took forever to get hired also was told about opportunities for growth but so far only Caucasians get those opportunities... if that black guy gets the HR position then we know that Hispanics have a chance to grow too.
