Better people and real opportunity
MedMen wants the best of the best. They showed me in my interview that this was going to be a growth time for me and it truly has been.

It was very easy and straight forward
they make the company seem great. its a hot young industry and every wide eyed person is trying to get in. there is nothing wrong with that but there needs to be some major re structuring too many repetitive positions and everyone is trying to prove their worth even if it is slander
They sold you a bag of goods and made everything seem great. Pulled wool over the eyes.
It was professional and the interviewers were very transparent on what they were looking for.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Took forever to get hired also was told about opportunities for growth but so far only Caucasians get those opportunities... if that black guy gets the HR position then we know that Hispanics have a chance to grow too.
