There ability to keep working even if management doesn't care
Everyone wants each other to succeed. I am reached out to get my management and corporate teams constantly to check on my physical and mental health. I could not ask for a better team under my control as well. They all soak in the knowledge and continue to improve.

The coworkers, not management. Sales associates are incredibly knowledgeable, and do their best to put out the managers fires. Its such a toxic environment that the employees band together to maintain sanity. You'll make solid friends

Less ego, more collaborative behavior and more honest and decent communication
full of cliques and will put you down and or push you out if you dont conform. dont try to put too much effort it might make you stand out and a threat to the opportunistic people
