Need managment training so they can learn how to lead a team appropriately, effectively, and respectfully.

WAKING UP to the fact that this is a business that removes around the lowest sales members and their knowledge of product. But instead you hire incompetent show salesman as managers.

Everything from listening to engaging with company.

Listen to the people working there instead of doing nothing

the company has many layers and the in between layers manipulate if they dont get their way. stay in your lane and dont steal ideas. the incompetence is non existent

Communication. Treating employees like humans. Attitude.

Have ethics. Implement rules across the board. Employees should not be held to a rule that management doesnt follow. More gender equlity.

Communicating to employees and costumers, lead by example not fear, train employees to set them up for success, figure out how to write a consistent schedule, handle the tough situations and not expect minimum wage employees to do your job, promote within, drop the ego and do your job better
