Most unethical place I've ever worked. Houston north managers are HORRIBLE! Petty and vindictive. Nepotism is out of control. Its basicalky a cult - if you drink the koolaide and go along with whatever BS management says today - you get rewarded with a high paying neighborhood.

There is almost no accountability until something goes wrong and then management immediately looks for a scapegoat to protect their bonuses and their position.

Take away ALL nepotism and favoritism - hire the best candidate. Also I am almost positive that jobs do not get posted publically until the managers have already picked someone for that job - see above comment nepotism.

This division president has announced record profits every year she's been here and every year the company has cut our pay. She made the title and mortgage company in north houston work over the weekend of the freeze and made it clear to EVERYONE there that they had to work so she got her bonus!?
