They let us do out job. They trust us enough to do what they hired us to do and stay out of the way. They also support innovation and new ideas/processes. They are NOT afraid of taking chances to make things better, even if it fails.
Positive support system and inclusion vs. exclusion
They have so much positive energy.
They always listen and care!
Review from Operations Dept
They keep things moving and are making affordable homes for people.
Most of the management has NO experience in their position. My manager was an over grown child and sulked when he didn't get his way, very unprofessional.
EVERYTHING! They constantly talk about us being a team but then announce policies or make exceptions to existing policies that completely underminecany hope of teamwork.
Management needs to realize the slackers lie to avoid work. They need to fact check these stories in real time.
As long as a division is profitable sr management can abuse belittle and condescend staff without recourse
Responding to agents quickly when there is a crisis with clients.

GREAT INSURANCE BENEFITS AVAILABLE TO EMPLOYEES.
First time I've ever worked for a company that offered stock options. Benefits are towards the top and the salary is well above average.
Paid very fairly, highest in the area
Health insurance is very good.
Stock Options and Health Insurance Benefits
With my experience I am severely underpaid but I am also a newer employee and still learning my way around. There are many extra perks that they do for the employees that I have never experienced at any other company I have worked for.
This division president has announced record profits every year she's been here and every year the company has cut our pay. She made the title and mortgage company in north houston work over the weekend of the freeze and made it clear to EVERYONE there that they had to work so she got her bonus!?
You actually dont want to make too much or sr management will look to replace you
Experience and education. We all come from various backgrounds and skills and we are not afraid of working cross-projects to help one another out. We value and trust each other and our/their capabilities.
Long tenure, open to sharing knowledge with new employees, very transparent.
Support and positivity with a fantastic management team to lead a successful vision for their sales staff
Team players with the same goals in mind
The staff works very hard and is dedicated.
CS department is an embarrassment. Its like mis-fit island with two relatives (which goes against company policy) as our managers
Communication and listen to suggestions
Ethics, honesty and accountability are nonexistentvin this group of sales counselors.
Too much turnover, makes it not worth getting to know new employees
Better management. A management team that values their employees.
Review from Sales Dept
Being able to work remotely allows me full use of my time, and then some. Because of company culture, I have no problems putting in extra time if needed. Management stays out of the way and allows us to do our jobs.
It is a large company but very family oriented
The positive energy and the willingness of all to help
The workforce and employees is very doverse
It seems to side along with my own.

Purge management roles with younger and more progressive candidates, current group still depends on paper schedules
Division management. One minute they are acting like they are our mothers then best friends then some benevolent dictator. All the while being taken advantage of and played by a group of greedy and unethical sales counselors.
THAT IT WAS A LONG TIME AGO.
I was hired on the spot
feeling at ease with the interviewer.
Review from Operations Dept
The group interview was informative and helpful.

Interaction with various levels of management.
Took entirely to long to get back to me
Dont lie about roles and compensation.
More details about the training. Have binder but managers do not help if asked
Take away ALL nepotism and favoritism - hire the best candidate. Also I am almost positive that jobs do not get posted publically until the managers have already picked someone for that job - see above comment nepotism.
No one thing in particular. The trust from coworkers, managers, and leaders. The benefits and salary. The flexibility to work from home. The time provided for personal and professional growth. It's all awesome.
My team and the challenge of upgrading and modernizing our policies and procedures.
Getting paid and getting overtime
Always challenging, never stop learning
to be able to help my borrowers obtain their dream for a beautiful home!
Review from Operations Dept
There is almost no accountability until something goes wrong and then management immediately looks for a scapegoat to protect their bonuses and their position.
Corporate HR needs to intervene and interview and audit everybody to get the full picture.
