What makes you most happy at work?No one thing in particular. The trust from coworkers, managers, and leaders. The benefits and salary. The flexibility to work from home. The time provided for personal and professional growth. It's all awesome.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?With my experience I am severely underpaid but I am also a newer employee and still learning my way around. There are many extra perks that they do for the employees that I have never experienced at any other company I have worked for.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Purge management roles with younger and more progressive candidates, current group still depends on paper schedules
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?CS department is an embarrassment. Its like mis-fit island with two relatives (which goes against company policy) as our managers
