- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?With my experience I am severely underpaid but I am also a newer employee and still learning my way around. There are many extra perks that they do for the employees that I have never experienced at any other company I have worked for.
- What needs to change to make the company culture better?Purge management roles with younger and more progressive candidates, current group still depends on paper schedules
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?CS department is an embarrassment. Its like mis-fit island with two relatives (which goes against company policy) as our managers
