Most of the management has NO experience in their position. My manager was an over grown child and sulked when he didn't get his way, very unprofessional.
EVERYTHING! They constantly talk about us being a team but then announce policies or make exceptions to existing policies that completely underminecany hope of teamwork.
Management needs to realize the slackers lie to avoid work. They need to fact check these stories in real time.
As long as a division is profitable sr management can abuse belittle and condescend staff without recourse
Responding to agents quickly when there is a crisis with clients.

With my experience I am severely underpaid but I am also a newer employee and still learning my way around. There are many extra perks that they do for the employees that I have never experienced at any other company I have worked for.
This division president has announced record profits every year she's been here and every year the company has cut our pay. She made the title and mortgage company in north houston work over the weekend of the freeze and made it clear to EVERYONE there that they had to work so she got her bonus!?
You actually dont want to make too much or sr management will look to replace you
CS department is an embarrassment. Its like mis-fit island with two relatives (which goes against company policy) as our managers
Communication and listen to suggestions
Ethics, honesty and accountability are nonexistentvin this group of sales counselors.
Too much turnover, makes it not worth getting to know new employees
Better management. A management team that values their employees.

Purge management roles with younger and more progressive candidates, current group still depends on paper schedules
Division management. One minute they are acting like they are our mothers then best friends then some benevolent dictator. All the while being taken advantage of and played by a group of greedy and unethical sales counselors.
Took entirely to long to get back to me
Dont lie about roles and compensation.
More details about the training. Have binder but managers do not help if asked
Take away ALL nepotism and favoritism - hire the best candidate. Also I am almost positive that jobs do not get posted publically until the managers have already picked someone for that job - see above comment nepotism.
There is almost no accountability until something goes wrong and then management immediately looks for a scapegoat to protect their bonuses and their position.
Corporate HR needs to intervene and interview and audit everybody to get the full picture.
